ECONAVI technology reduces wasted energy

ECONAVI is a Panasonic initiative which continues our core belief that going green shouldn’t compromise your comfortable lifestyle. By applying high-precision sensors and control program technologies, ECONAVI is able to optimise your air conditioner operation according to room conditions. This smart technology allows your air conditioner to evaluate the number of people in a room, along with their level of activity and adjust the airflow accordingly. This enables up to an additional 30% energy savings in cooling and up to 40% energy savings in heating, compared to other inverter models. Not only does this reduce the wastage of natural resources, it will also save you money on your power bill.

Constantly maintaining cleaner, healthier air

Panasonic’s unique Advanced Plus E-ion air purifying system is designed to detect and eliminate contaminants in your home. The system operates all year round, even when the air conditioner is in standby. If airborne dust or dirt is detected, active e-ions are released to collect and deactivate unwanted airborne particles. Combined with the e-ion filter inside the unit, the built in air purifier means cleaner, healthier air for you and your family, all year round.

Mild Dry Cooling prevents dry skin and mouth

Mild Dry cooling is designed to overcome one of the most common complaints of modern air conditioning systems; the drying out of your room air. By maintaining the level of air moisture in your room, Mild dry cooling reduces unwanted effects like dry skin, dry mouths and throats. Mild dry cooling is especially useful if you like to leave the air conditioner on overnight while you sleep.

Energy-efficient Inverter technology

Panasonic Inverter Technology delivers substantial energy savings, benefiting both the environment and your power bill. Panasonic Inverter enables up to 50% energy savings during cooling operation and 64% energy savings during heating operation. Inverter technology also allows for a more constant room temperature, due to the fact the unit does not need to constantly turn on and off. This means that the desired room temperature you set on the remote control will be maintained at all times, for constant comfort all year round. By providing the exact amount of power required to rapidly cool or heat your room from the moment it is switched on, this technology allows your room to heat 4 times faster or cool 1.5 times faster than a Non-Inverter model.

Designed for Australian conditions

Now featuring an outstanding operating temperature range, cooling operation is possible even when it is a scorching 46C outside, which is perfect for Australia’s hot summer days. The heating operation is designed to operate even when it’s a freezing -15C outside, so even the coldest parts of Australia are covered.
The outdoor units of Panasonic Air Conditioners are also protected from the damaging effects of salty air, wind and dust, thanks to the Blue Fin Condenser. This is a special antirust coating that actually triples the life of the condenser and lets you enjoy more years of reliable comfort.

Super quiet operation

Indoor unit noise is as low as 21dB on some models, which is quieter than a typical library. This means the units are perfectly suited for bedroom installation, as they can be left running all night, without interrupting your sleep. Outdoor unit noise levels are also amongst the quietest in the industry, so you don’t need to worry about bothering your neighbours throughout the hot summer.

So easy to use, install and maintain

Convenience is assured with dual 24-hour on/off real setting timers, which enable you to preset two different sets of start/stop timers within a 24-hour time frame. All Panasonic air conditioners come with a user-friendly wireless remote controller that puts all the great features at your fingertips. Installation is also simple, with long pipe distances and large differences in elevation possible between the indoor and outdoor units. All units also feature top panel access, enabling maintenance to be carried out very easily.
