Yes, place your order and choose the Pickup option. We will contact you once your order is ready for dispatch, saving you from waiting around. Upon picking up the order from the store, you will be asked to produce a driver's licence. The driver's licence number, your name, and signature will be recorded before the order is released.

Delivery Authority
By default, all deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means the parcel will be left unattended at your nominated address, and Sparky Direct cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once it has been delivered.
Signature on Delivery
If you prefer, you may request Signature Required in the delivery instructions at checkout. Please note that if no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the courier may charge an additional fee for re-delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Yes, we ship to Australia Post Parcel Lockers. No shipping to P.O. boxes if items exceed AusPost satchel limits.
Bulky products and items classified as dangerous goods must be delivered to a street address, as per carrier restrictions.

Weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Most couriers operate Monday to Friday only.
