Additional delivery charges on top of the $9.95 + GST may apply to remote areas or non standard Fast way and Direct freight courier runs, to cover our costs and to keep your prices as low as possible. Should this be the case we will contact you and advise of the additional charge.
These area's include Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and some non metro areas of VIC, SA, QLD, ACT, NSW - depending on individual locations of our Couriers Standard Service Area.

If you are not happy to pay any extra freight as required the order will be refunded in total.

Should you believe you are not in a standard serviceable delivery area please Contact us or phone 07 5428 3044 prior to purchasing.

We also reserve the right to terminate the order and immediately refund your money in total.

All prices on the site are EX GST including all delivery charges and surcharges
The standard $9.95+ GST Delivery Charge will be added automatically at the end of the check out process. 

Delivery:

Most orders are dispatched within 12 - 72 hours.
However please allow 1-4 days metro delivery time
WA, NT and some non metro locations such as VIC, ACT, SA, QLD, NSW, TAS and other remote locations please allow 7-14 days delivery
Your order will be filled within 12-48 hours whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 72 hours, we will contact via your email address so that we can make alternative arrangements.

We will Refund or Replace:

If for any reason you are not happy with your order when you receive it, email us why, and we will contact you to arrange replacement or refund of the product.

Should an unwanted product be returned a restocking fee of up to 10% will be applied to cover any bank transaction fees incurred. This does not include faulty products which will be covered by manufacturers warranty.
