Sparky Direct offers a wide range of products at competitive prices. Delivery was very prompt too. I can't recommend their customer service highly enough. I bought a bunch of LED ceiling lights at an unbeatable price, as well as a replacement bathroom fan/ light. I had slight issues with two products and was able to talk to someone on the phone straight away. Upon sending an email containing further details, I received immediate email responses and replacement products very shortly. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered downlights to replace existing downlight fluoros that were over 25 years old. Unfortunately they were too small for the existing cutout. Went back to sparky direct with my problem. They sorted me out with a larger flange that would cover the hole as well as accept the smaller size that I had previously purchased for other renos, 21 in total. Customer support was exceptional in taking back a product and providing an alternative solution to my problem. This has been my 3rd purchase recently and as I live locally and wish to support small business, Sparkey direct is perfect for me. After sales service is second to none, I have received notification of ability to pick up purchase in two days, but mostly next day. I've brought from them a few times as the price and quality of the brands is always very good. The speed of delivery is something you need and I haven't been disappointed there either.
