The Clipsal 1044TUA-WC is a four-gang grid plate supplied with a matching white polished ceramic cover frame. It mounts horizontally on 120mm fixing centres and accepts Clipsal Solis T Series switch mechanisms, which are ordered separately. A four-gang position sets its fixing centres at the plate, well before any mechanism is fitted off. The 1044TUA-WC carries a quadruple grid plate on 120mm fixing centres, with the cover frame in the same box. Mechanisms are ordered separately, so the switch function and the plate finish are decided independently. The polished ceramic face is 4.5mm thick across the full 148mm width.
On a Solis T Series fit-off, the grid plate and cover frame arrive together under one part number. The 1044TUA-WC fixes by screws on 120mm fixing centres, matching the Solis 120mm mounting accessories. Embedding depth is 41mm, so the cavity behind the plate is checked once at rough-in.
