The Pica Marker SD-CUSTOM-PIC3030 is a refillable 2.8mm dry marker with custom text engraved by Sparky Direct. One line of up to 12 characters is engraved twice, once on the outer sheath and once on the inner pen. The 3030 body holds a 2B graphite lead that marks on raw, dusty, oily, wet and dark surfaces. A sharpener sits in the front of the cap, and spent leads load from the back of the barrel.
Every dry marker in a shared pouch looks the same from the outside. A name written on the barrel in pen wears off against tools and offcuts in the bottom of a pouch. The SD-CUSTOM-PIC3030 carries one engraved line of 12 characters, cut into the marker before it ships. It reads as part of the tool rather than something added later.
The same line goes on the sheath and the inner pen, so the two halves are identified separately. The cap is the half that carries the sharpener, so it is worth having marked as well. Engraving changes nothing about how the 3030 marks, advances or refills.

The 3030 is not a permanent marker, so it is the wrong tool for asset tags, circuit identification or any label that has to survive weather and washing. The barrel takes 2.8mm Pica Dry leads only, so standard mechanical pencil refills will not load. Engraving cannot be altered once cut, so check the spelling before ordering, and no change of mind returns apply to customised products.
