Heavy item
Non-standard courier serviced locations (as defined by our preferred couriers)
Remote location: Remote areas include WA, NT, TAS and some non-metro regions in VIC, SA, QLD, ACT, and NSW - These areas are dictated by the freight companies' standard service area charter.
We do not ship to PO Boxes if the goods do not fit into the standard Australia Post Regular Satchels.

Please select the correct surcharge on the respective product pages via the drop-down box. We will contact you upon receipt of your order should you be required to pay any additional delivery charges. If you wish not to pay the extra freight as needed, the order will be fully refunded.

Couriers

Please be aware that couriers will not call before or at the time of delivery.

Parcels will be left at your location unless you give specific delivery instructions. If you're not home, you might have to pick it up from the nearest courier depot. Depending on your area and the courier's rules, a second delivery attempt could come with extra charges.

Please note all orders must be placed online.

To maintain our fast dispatch service, please place your order online before you come into the store.

PICK UP ORDERS

We will contact you once your order is ready for dispatch, saving you from waiting around.

Upon picking up the order from the store, you will be asked to produce a driver's licence. The driver's licence number, your name, and signature will be recorded before the order is released.

This could involve you sending a copy of a Drivers licence with your name and shipping address matching your order. To avoid this check and possible delay please pay Direct Debit or Paypal.

Ebay and or Paypal purchase cancellations - Should you request a refund due to change of mind - Sparky Direct will refund the total amount less the initial Paypal transaction Fee, Paypal have changed their policy and do not refund the initial Paypal merchant fee back to the seller - So this cost must now be incurred by the buyer.
