The HPM BH2NDWE Instant Heat is a non-ducted bathroom fan, heat, and light combination unit designed to provide comfort all year round. Featuring 2 x 275W heat lamps, a 240mm axial exhaust fan, and an integrated 7W LED centre light, it delivers warmth, lighting, and ventilation in one compact unit.
This unit operates on 230–240V a.c. 50Hz with a maximum power consumption of 690W. It has a motor rating of 40W and provides 240m³/hr airflow. The slimline fascia protrudes just 20mm (excluding globes) for a modern finish. A Legrand Excel Life 3-gang engraved switch (HEAT, FAN, LIGHT) is included for easy operation.
With a cut-out size of 300mm and a total weight of 3.3kg, the HPM BH2NDWE is designed for straightforward installation while offering reliable bathroom heating, lighting, and ventilation.
