The Clipsal Iconic 3025VW is a horizontal-mount double switched socket outlet rated 10A at 250V, finished in Vivid White and certified to AS/NZS 3112. It is the standard double GPO in the Clipsal Iconic range, flush-mounted with screw fixings, terminated with screw terminals, and supplied as a complete grid plate, mechanism and skin. The 3025VW is built around interchangeable Iconic skins so the finish can be changed without rewiring.
The 3025VW is the unit most often specified for new builds, full-home rewires, and renovation refits where a clean, slim plate is wanted across every room. It is a flush, horizontal-mount outlet, so it needs a standard 16mm mounting block or wall box behind it. The grid plate is interoperable with the rest of the Iconic system — 3015VW single, 3015/4-VW quad, 3025USB2-VW dual USB-A, and 3025USBAC-VW USB-A+C GPOs all sit on the same family of plates.
For sparkies on a fit-off run, the 3025VW is the workhorse SKU. Three large screw terminals take 1 × 2.5 mm² up to 4 × 2.5 mm² conductors, 16mm strip length, with the screws already captive in the plate. It swaps directly with the matching 3015VW single GPO in the same plate footprint, accepts every Iconic Essence and Iconic Styl skin for colour matching after install, and is covered by Clipsal's in-home warranty through the national Schneider Electric service network.
For outdoor walls, alfresco areas, and weather-exposed locations, use the Clipsal O3025-XW Iconic Outdoor twin socket outlet instead — it is rated IP54 and built for the same plate aesthetic. The standard 3025VW is rated for indoor use only.
