Just to put it out there that I had to urgently replace an element in my oven just before Easter, and Sparkydirect were excellent in supplying and getting it to me in time for me to have it fixed for the big family day! Looked at all the online lighting outlets for a particular surface mount led downlight - sold out in my colour or way too expensive. Ordered from Sparky Direct, delivered to regional Vic in 4 days. Very impressed with ease of ordering and timely delivery! And in the midst of a fuel crisis. Highly recommend

After 7 days from ordering, there was no heater element and no communication from sparky's I called them. They said there was a mix up in the order? Took 10 days to get the part ??? After paying for express delivery. The element is working well.
