The EcoXgear ECXSEV1 is the Version 1 mounting bracket kit for SoundExtreme soundbars. Right angle brackets fix to the top of the soundbar using 1/4-20 screws, then clamp to a roll bar, canopy frame, or dashboard. The ECXSEV1 kit includes brackets, rubber pads, two sets of hose clamps, assorted fasteners, and a 12V power cable. It is an alternative bracket rather than the one supplied in the soundbar box.
Every SoundExtreme soundbar arrives with a V3 bracket already in the carton, which covers the standard mounting position. Custom installations do not always suit that arrangement: a different roll bar diameter, an awkward canopy rail, or a dashboard position can each require a different geometry. The ECXSEV1 supplies the right angle bracket configuration for those positions. Two sets of medium and large hose clamps accommodate a range of bar diameters.
On a ute, a boat, or a side-by-side, the bracket determines whether the soundbar survives corrugations. Rubber pads sit between the clamp and the bar so the mount grips without marking the finish. The kit carries assorted screws, washers, and bolts in varying lengths rather than a single fastener set, which matters when the mounting point differs from the manufacturer's assumption. A 12V power cable is included for connecting the soundbar to the vehicle supply.
