        Copper or Incoloy?

        • All water has a certain level of dissolved minerals present at the point at which it reaches your taps. Where these concentrations are low the water is said to be SOFT where they are high the water is said to be HARD.
        • Soft water areas are best suited to Copper based hot water elements as they give the best compromise between price & lifespan.
        • In Hard water areas it is recommended to use incaloy based elements as they offer far greater resistance to the corrosive effects of hard water supplies
