        This switch is a slave switch. This is to be used to control either another electronic switch WBME5A or an electronic dimmer switch WBMD400UPB. This switch also includes Matt White & Matt Black bezels to suit those coloured switch plates.

        The HAGER WBMSLL is an electronic slave switch mechanism that provides an additional control point for a lighting circuit, allowing for multi-way switching or dimming. It works by communicating with a master switch (like a Hager dimmer or switch) to turn a light on or off from a different location, without needing a direct connection to the light fixture itself.

        How it works

        • Slave unit: The WBMSLL itself is a slave device. It sends signals to a "master" dimmer or switch that is directly wired to the lighting circuit.
        • Master control: The master switch is the one that actually controls the power to the light.
        • Multi-way control: When a user presses the button on the slave WBMSLL, it sends a signal to the master switch, which then controls the light. This allows "2-way" or "multi-way" switching between different locations.
        • LED indicator: It features an LED indicator, which typically requires a neutral connection from the same circuit to stay on and indicate a "live" switch.
