The Leatherman 832524 is an 18-tool multi-tool in bare stainless steel. It carries needlenose and regular pliers, replaceable wire and hard-wire cutters, an electrical crimper, a wire stripper, two 420HC blades, a saw, sprung scissors, two files, two bit drivers and a 19cm ruler. The 832524 closes to 100mm and weighs 241g.
The wiring tools are the reason this one belongs in a sparky's kit rather than a camping drawer. The crimper sits in the jaw for general purpose crimping of electrical connectors, and the stripper handles multiple gauges and wire types. Separate cutting stations deal with regular light-gauge wire and with electrical hard wire.
What makes those tools usable under load is the locking arrangement. Each handle tool locks when fully open, so weight can go through the blade, saw or file without it folding back on the hand. Releasing it is a deliberate manual unlock. Only the plier head sits outside that, and all 18 open one-handed.

The 832524 has no insulation rating. No 1000V or VDE certification is published for it, which keeps the crimper, stripper and cutters away from live conductors. Leatherman describes the crimper as general purpose only, with no die specification, so certified terminations need a rated crimp tool. Note also that no sheath is supplied, and the plier head does not lock.
