The set covers pliers, replaceable wire and hard-wire cutters, an electrical crimper, a wire stripper, two 420HC blades, a saw, sprung scissors, two files and two bit drivers. The 832526 closes to 100mm, weighs 241g and takes a 73.7mm primary blade.
At 241g and 100mm closed this sits between the pocket tools and the heavy-duty ones, and its tool count sits at the top end regardless. Two 420HC blades, a saw, sprung scissors, a wood file and a diamond-coated file cover most of what gets cut or shaped. The crimper and stripper handle the wiring side.
The driver arrangement is what separates the 832526 from the rest. It carries two bit drivers, large and small, rather than one, so both sizes of Leatherman flat bit fit the same tool. Every one of the eighteen tools opens and locks one-handed, and many reach from outside the folded handles.
