The Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-AP35VGKD2KIT is a reverse-cycle wall-mounted split system rated 3.5 kW cooling and 3.7 kW heating. The kit pairs the MSZ-AP35VGKD2 indoor unit with the MUZ-AP35VGD2 outdoor unit on R32 refrigerant. Wi-Fi is built into the indoor unit of the MSZ-AP35VGKD2KIT, so no separate adapter is needed.
At 3.5 kW cooling and 3.7 kW heating, the MSZ-AP35VGKD2KIT suits a main bedroom, study or small lounge. Output modulates between 1.1 and 4.1 kW cooling and 1.3 to 5.1 kW heating. The zoned energy label gives it 4.5 stars cooling and 3.5 stars heating in the average zone, rising to 5 stars cooling and 4 stars heating in the hot zone. Indoor sound pressure runs from 19 to 45 dB(A) in both cooling and heating.
Pipework is 6.35 mm liquid and 9.52 mm gas, with a 20 m maximum run and 12 m height difference. The outdoor unit is pre-charged with 0.7 kg of R32, and maximum running current is 7.1 A. Installation must be carried out by an appropriately licensed technician.

The outdoor unit must be transported and stored upright, as laying it on its side or top risks equipment damage. Until installation, the system must be kept in a clean, dry and pest free place to meet the warranty conditions.
