All products come with a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty
- Warranty starts from the Invoice Date

- Sparky Direct isn’t responsible for losses caused by product failure.
- Warranties are void if products aren’t installed by a licensed electrician.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, let us know within 24 hours.
- Sparky Direct will pay for return shipping via an emailed return label.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item or provide a refund.

- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Warranty
- 25-Year Product Workmanship Warranty – Covers defects in materials and manufacturing.
- 30-Year Power Output Warranty – Guarantees max 1% degradation in year 1, and ≤0.4% per year from year 2 to 30 (87.4% output at year 30).
- Warranty Claims – Submit claims via Trina’s Customer Portal with panel serial number and proof of purchase.
