I had previously ordered from Sparky Direct a few times before, the Sales service was excellent. Speedy postage, it all went smoothly, i was happy. I had a unit die on me, so I contacted Sparky Direct for a warranty claim. Again, I was greeted with a quick response. The replacement Warranty item was shipped promptly. I have had to do returns with other companies and sometimes the returns process can be quite frankly, painful. Not this time. Very pleased with the transaction! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Should you pay with Visa Card or Mastercard credit card for your 1st Order, we MAY need to complete a Credit Card (unseen) fraud Check. This could involve you sending a copy of a Drivers licence with your name and shipping address matching your order. To avoid this check and possible delay please pay Direct Debit or Paypal.
Ebay and or Paypal purchase cancellations - Should you request a refund due to change of mind - Sparky Direct will refund the total amount less the initial Paypal transaction Fee, Paypal have changed their policy and do not refund the initial Paypal merchant fee back to the seller - So this cost must now be incurred by the buyer.
