When things go wrong - the true test of a Company! on 11 April 2025
I rarely leave reviews but I was very impressed with the customer service so here goes... I am a retail customer slowly doing up my property. I bought some faulty items and did not even open the packets for a while as I would buy stuff ahead of time. Contacted Sparky Direct with my problem and they were absolutely AMAZING! Lee dealt with me and he was great. Sent the originals back and a replacement was sent out straight away. I will always buy my electrical stuff from these guys. Best prices, fast delivery and outstanding customer service. When things go wrong, that is when you get the true measure of a company. These guys passed with flying colours! I'm so happy :-)

Easy ordering.Arrived 2-3 days later with a Tracking message. Neatly wrapped Cam style 10W LED Globes. Arrived Safely & installed. Rim of globe a bit loose when fitting into Ceiling mounted Angling cupped fitting with its “claw grip”black plastic peripheral encircling stabilising seal. Checking longevity of stated 40000 hrs a valid claim vs 15000-25000 of the Mercator globes etc
