Parcel arrived quickly, 100 bit security set had been squashed at some stage prior to posting as per photo attached, only 98 pieces in package, could not find within package.

Good quality products. Website is easy to navigate. The delivery time was exceptionally quick. They packaged some extra items inside others to save on packaging which was really good. They plastic wrapped everything so wet weather was not an issue. Definitely 5 stars!

Excellent service, dispatched and shipped the same day - received the following day without having to pay for priority postage. Product did arrive with a 9v battery installed and connected however battery was flat. Replaced battery and TV Signal Finder worked perfectly.

I had previously ordered from Sparky Direct a few times before, the Sales service was excellent. Speedy postage, it all went smoothly, i was happy. I had a unit die on me, so I contacted Sparky Direct for a warranty claim. Again, I was greeted with a quick response. The replacement Warranty item was shipped promptly. I have had to do returns with other companies and sometimes the returns process can be quite frankly, painful. Not this time. Very pleased with the transaction! Keep up the good work guys and gals!
