This was the first time I ordered anything from SparkyDirect. A surprisingly good experience. I ordered a LIF6800 Smoke Alarm. Order was acknowledged same day. Product arrived next day. Amazing as I live in FNQ. Can recommend this supplier.

Hi Andrew your service was excellent and the items well priced. However beyond your control is the product performance. Despite guarantees stated on their web site the dimmer and ripple controller do not stop the lights flickering. Was installed by a licensed electrician so a very expensive unsatisfactory experience. Cheers
