Didn't meet delivery estimate with no communication from their side, didn't get back to me after committing to do so. Items delivered after 5 business days, instead of two, which meant the electrician had to come back a second time. So yes, they were the cheapest and items were delivered as purchased, but if you're not going to meet your SLA, communicate.
