Sparky Direct has to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was very impressed. Order day 1 and order was acknowledged same day. Confirmation of order day 2 and shipped. Delivery day 3. Items were exactly what I ordered and worked as intended. Keep up the great service

Hi Andrew your service was excellent and the items well priced. However beyond your control is the product performance. Despite guarantees stated on their web site the dimmer and ripple controller do not stop the lights flickering. Was installed by a licensed electrician so a very expensive unsatisfactory experience. Cheers

Good range of products at very competitive prices, easy to order on line, with quick delivery. So Sparky Direct deserve 5 stars, but the design of the Matelec PIR sensor I bought is not wonderful. A sensitivity adjustor would be nice, the terminating block is very small making it difficult to properly secure connecting wires, plus the space in the base is small, making it difficult to fold connecting wires to fit in space. Hence, my reason for giving 4 stars.
