Recommended retailer. I enquired via telephone about availability of a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 6.3kW split system air conditioner. The price was very good and due to circumstances I wanted to buy asap. They advised me the unit would be available for collection by noon the next day if I ordered before midnight that day. I immediately ordered it online and then called them to advise them I had ordered online. True to their word they sent me an sms at 11am the next day saying it was ready to collect, so off I went to collect it. Upon arrival to collect the staff were friendly and in a short period of time brought the boxes out, they then assisted me to load the boxes into my car. Prompt delivery allowed the unit to be installed the next day. The split system works wonderfully. Recommended retailer. Excellent overall customer service Thanks Sparky Direct.
