first time I had used Sparky Direct on 2 January 2023
I purchased an item that was list as in stock,paid for the fastest processing and shipping as it was required by the end of the week. When I didn't receive tracking the next day I contacted them only to find out there is no stock and may have to wait up to 2 months. A refund was given when requested. This was the first time I had used Sparky Direct and probably wont bother using again. Sparky Direct Reply: Hi Graham, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Second time I have used Sparky Direct and won't be the last, great prices and fast delivery compared to my local wholesaler who often have to order stuff anyway.
