I have always received great service from sparky direct and really can't fault their service. Items are packaged well and arrive in good time for a partly remote destination. Would like you to try and sell as much Australian made products as possible. If you have to buy it from overseas please make China your last resort.

I borrowed a power point tester from friend to locate fault in caravan .was no earth as per tester. I was so impressed that I brought on off your company. It arrived promptly.

I ordered 12 satin LED down lights with surface sockets and some dimmers, my package arrived within a few days and all the items were present. When i was installing the lights some how 2 of the lights were the wrong light, even though they were in the same packaging as the other 10 correct lights. I rang up and explained what had happened and they were excellent, sent 2 replacement lights and a post satchel for me to return the wrong lights back, I rang around 2pm and the new lights arrived about 10am the following day. Great service from this company. They have never failed me on price, stock levels and more importantly excellent delivery to the NSW central coast. They are a much faster, and better service than any of the three big name local Electrical Wholesalers in my area even though I have been a solid customer with one of them for over 43 years.
