Excellent personal service. When I received a scam txt asking for bank details for extra tax I rang Sparky and actually had a person answering the phone and reassuring me the order was on its way and confirming it was definitely a scam. Friendly, helpful company.

I contacted SD after mixing up the delivery address for an order. Rather than asking me to chase the package up with Australia Post they sent a replacement within 2 days to the correct address - unbelievable!

I have ordered a number of items from Sparky Direct. They always have the best price and quick delivery. I recently ordered 4 red smoke detectors and one was faulty. I contacted them by email and received a replacement by courier the next day, and i even had a return satchel to send the faulty one back. Great service. Highly recommended.
