One of our Products went missing in transit (Don't blame them!) But the other half of our order showed up in full within days! everything packaged without damage at 1/4 the price they wanted for them locally. Cannot wait for our wire to be delivered so we can hook up all my new pretty power points!! Also great customer service whenever I had a question! Took a little longer than I would have liked for a response via e-mail, but were very helpful on the phone!! Great job!

Hello Sparky Direct, I hope you are well. I recently placed an order for a number of parts/components via your website – order #N******. I’m a first time customer; I was very happy with the pricing and elected to order online with Sparky Direct due to this fact. I placed the order on the afternoon of Friday 7th August, the order was picked up by the freight company on Wednesday 12th August at 3.23pm and it was delivered to my place in East Branxton NSW at 11.20am on Thursday 13th August. I believe Monday 10th August was a holiday in Brisbane. My order consisted of a number of different items – parts for a domestic shed wiring job. I checked the order fully when it arrived and it was undamaged and correct in all respects – 100% delivered and very well packed. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service Sparky Direct – the quality of the products, the pricing, the communications and ease of ordering, the accuracy and packing of the order and the speed of the delivery to me. The discount code I received and used giving free freight was a very much appreciated bonus with the order.
