I'm not an electrician and was unsure that I had purchased everything needed to complete my order. I had in fact over-ordered. I received a call from an electrician from Sparky Direct who explained what I had done, she corrected my error and arranged for credits to be processed. Wow, what business does this! I'm very impressed and would recommend Sparky Direct to anyone wishing to purchase electrical.

Place an order online with Sparky Direct a few days ago. The web site worked well and I was able to find the products that I was after. Pricing was competitive and the order was easy to place. I was able to track the order and it was delivered a couple of days later. The product was exactly as I expected and works well. The whole process was exactly how an on-line business should run. Very satisfied.

I purchased a time clock from Sparky Direct online -- the price was good as it was considerably cheaper than the discounted price that I could get from my regular electrical wholesale supplier. I had arranged to pick the time clock up from Sparky dispatch as I was travelling from the Gold Coast to a job on the Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately I got delayed on another job, and by traffic, and was unable to pick it up before Sparky closed (3 o'clock is a bit too early for a Tradie). I rang Sparky Direct the next and spoke with Dan -- I explained what had happened and asked him to get it delivered to the job address as I would be working on the Sunshine Coast for the next week. It was "No Trouble!" for Dan. I received the time clock the very next morning. Great Service and a great help! Much appreciated Dan.
