Unfortunately after using Sparkydirect for the first time, there couriers Fastway let them down. Tracking started positive with my order being made Thursday picked and with courier Friday. Expected Monday, great - but didn’t get package until Wednesday excuse was Brisbane show, postage was to Gold Coast from Brisbane tracking was frustrating and incorrect. Added to this I had an item which was incorrect a distribution board with Neautral and Earth link, Sparkydirect did send out a replacement but no N/E links so no good called and although offered to send correct item out when it comes in didn’t help my job deadline and added to that I have to organise the the return so didn’t find return policy fuss free more inconvenient.

Very happy with my purchase ( smoke alarm with lithium battery). Price was approx 40% cheaper than other sites I visited. Prompt delivery and good follow up. Will definitely use this company again and have referred them to my friends.

Great online electrical store on 10 August 2019
As an industrial electrician with no need to shop at electrical wholesale stores, the times that i do need things for the odd job around the house, things can get quite expensive without trade discounts, and even then im not sure if i would get it as cheap as with sparkydirects. I was very surprised how quick my items were delivered. Paid for order in the morning and items were at door step the next morning which came from QLD to NSW. No need of trade acc when we have sparkydirects. Keep up the good work. Definitely will come back.
