    Excellent Customer Service on 7 October 2022

    I had an issue with our bathroom light/exhaust fan which was bought about 17months ago. I called SparkyDirect and explained the problem. Within 2 minutes all my details were taken and no further questions asked, I was advised the new Clipsal lights/exhaust fan is on its way. I received the item within 3 days.
