        The 5 hole active link is a termination bar that allows multiple cables to be terminated into a meter board or enclosure. Normally the active link is located in a switchboard and corresponding cables are conveniently terminated by an electrician. A active link saves space and is very cost effective. Active links are numbered so that the corresponding cables can be easily identified.
