Learn more by watching our Domus 19929 | Blaze Pro White Plug & Play PE Cell Sensor for Floodlights | IP65 video.
The Domus 19929 is a plug and play photoelectric cell sensor that switches a Blaze Pro floodlight on at dusk and off at dawn. The 19929 screws into the sensor adaptor interface fitted to Blaze Pro models, drawing 5V DC at 10mA from the fitting. It is rated IP65 and supplied in white.
A floodlight on a manual switch runs only when someone remembers to operate it. The 19929 reads ambient light and switches the fitting itself, using four selectable lux levels from 10 to 100 lux. Fitting it takes a 5mm Allen key to remove the waterproof cover, then the sensor screws clockwise into the hole.
Every Blaze Pro floodlight carries a sensor adaptor interface, which is the port the 19929 screws into. Aim is set by loosening an M4 set screw with a 2mm Allen key, then retightening once the sensor faces the right way. A reset button returns the sensor to its 20 lux factory default.
The 19929 fits Blaze Pro floodlights only and will not connect to fittings without a sensor adaptor interface. It responds to light level, not to movement, so the floodlight holds on all night rather than switching on approach. IP65 covers water jets but not immersion, and the rated range stops at 40 degrees Celsius.

Blaze Pro floodlights. All Blaze Pro models are built with a sensor adaptor interface, and the 19929 screws into that port. It will not fit floodlights from other ranges, which do not have the interface.
Remove the waterproof cover from the sensor port using a 5mm Allen key, then screw the sensor clockwise into the hole. To aim it, loosen the M4 set screw with a 2mm Allen key, set the direction, and tighten the screw again.
10, 20, 50 or 100 lux, selected using the remote. The default is 20 lux. A lower setting holds the floodlight off until it is darker; a higher setting switches it on earlier in the evening.
No. A CR2025 battery is required and is not included. Without it the remote cannot be used, so the sensor stays on its 20 lux factory default.
No. The 19929 is a photoelectric cell, which responds to ambient light rather than movement. It switches the floodlight on at dusk and holds it on until dawn. Domus offers a separate PIR sensor, the BLAZE-PRO-PIR, for motion switching.
Three years, on a replacement basis, running from the invoice date.
