        The Inoac CJ-12G is a 1/2" no-flare HVAC fitting designed for fast, consistent refrigerant line connections without the need for flaring, deburring, or torque wrenches. With its simple two-step tightening process, it delivers a clean, professional-grade seal in less time.

        Rated for 625 psi, this fitting supports high-pressure refrigerants like R32 and R410A. It features a dual O-ring seal and metal backup ring for long-term reliability, and it’s compatible with both aluminium and copper tubing. A built-in water-stop system helps prevent galvanic corrosion at mixed-metal connections. Supplied in a 2 pack for convenience.

        Installation Instructions

        1. Cut and Deburr the Pipe: Make sure the pipe ends are clean, round, and free of burrs.
        2. Insert the Fitting: Push the pipe into the Conic Joint fitting until it reaches the internal stop.
        3. Use of Tightening Tool (Sold Separately): While not essential, using the correct tightening tool — CJTT-0612 for CJ-06G (1/4") and CJ-12G (1/2"), or CJTT-0915 for CJ-09G (3/8") and CJ-15G (5/8") — is recommended to help achieve a consistent and secure seal.
        4. Tighten in Two Stages: Using a standard wrench (and the tightening tool if available), apply the first stage of compression. Continue to the second stage until firm resistance is met. Do not overtighten.
        5. Pressure Test: Pressurise the system and check for leaks before final commissioning.
