        The Inoac CJ-15G is a 5/8" no-flare HVAC fitting engineered for quick, secure refrigerant line connections without the need for flaring, deburring, or torque tools. Its two-step tightening process ensures consistent, leak-free results while saving valuable time on-site.

        Built to handle pressures up to 625 psi, this fitting is ideal for modern refrigerants like R32 and R410A. It features a dual O-ring seal and metal backup ring to maintain integrity under load. Compatible with both aluminium and copper tubing, it includes a water-stop isolation feature to minimise galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals. Supplied in a 2 pack.

        Installation Instructions

        1. Cut and Deburr the Pipe: Make sure the pipe ends are clean, round, and free of burrs.
        2. Insert the Fitting: Push the pipe into the Conic Joint fitting until it reaches the internal stop.
        3. Tightening Tool (Sold Separately, Optional): The connection can be made using a standard wrench alone, but for best results and ease of installation, the use of a dedicated tightening tool is recommended — CJTT-0612 for CJ-06G (1/4") and CJ-12G (1/2"), CJTT-0915 for CJ-09G (3/8") and CJ-15G (5/8").
        4. Tighten in Two Stages: Using a standard wrench (and tightening tool if available), apply the first stage of compression. Continue to the second stage until firm resistance is met. Do not overtighten.
        5. Pressure Test: Pressurise the system and check for leaks before final commissioning.

        A: Yes. It’s fully rated for use with both high-pressure refrigerants.
