Each attachment threads onto the rod end to perform a different part of a wire pull: guiding, grabbing, retrieving, or attaching the draw line.

        A rod alone advances into a cavity and reaches the opposite side, which represents only half the operation. Capturing the cable and withdrawing it is precisely where a pull stalls, and the attachment fitted to the rod end determines whether retrieval succeeds on the first attempt. Different obstructions demand different ends, and exchanging them takes seconds.

        The double S-hook secures wire in applications where a single hook releases its hold, while the magnet and chain combination retrieves wire in blind cavities offering no visibility. A whisk steers the rod over noggins and around obstructions instead of snagging against them. Consolidating all seven in a hard case with a removable lid keeps the smaller components together between jobs.
