The Martec MLDC1233W is a 1220mm (48 inch) ceiling fan with an integrated 20W tricolour LED light, driven by a 23W brushless DC motor and finished in matt white. The MLDC1233W carries three ABS blades set at a 12 degree pitch and runs on 220-240V a.c. at 50-60Hz. A wall control is supplied with the fan, which is fully reversible for summer and winter operation.
Where a bedroom or covered patio has only one ceiling point, the fan and the light have to share it. The MLDC1233W puts both on that single point: up to 9,000m3/hr of air movement from a 23W brushless DC motor, plus up to 2200 lumens of light output. The LED switches between 3000K, 4000K and 5000K, so the same fitting suits a warm bedroom or a cooler kitchen. The slimline body sits 320mm below the ceiling.
The Legend DC uses a fast fix blade system: each blade inserts into a slot, clips in, then locks with a screw. Blade installation is quick, at under five minutes. The wall control is supplied with the fan, and summer and winter reverse is set from a knob on it.
