- Warranty starts from the Invoice Date

- Sparky Direct isn’t responsible for losses caused by product failure.
- Warranties are void if products aren’t installed by a licensed electrician.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, let us know within 24 hours.
- Sparky Direct will pay for return shipping via an emailed return label.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item or provide a refund.

Warranty Method: This product is valid for 3 years warranty from the date of purchase. Mercator requires a copy of "certificate of compliance' from the installing electrician to complete the claim.
