        Beautiful, lovely lights, but high failure rate in on 30 November 2022

        I have two dozen of these lights in my ceilings and I love them. They look beautiful, easy to install, and you can tilt them even if you like. And, they are affordable, especially considering they are COB. However, unfortunately in the long run they have a rather high failure rate. So far, 10 of them already failed: either completely, or extremely dim light, but most of them completely. For 7 of those I was able to exchange them under warranty with Sparky Direct (and super kudos to them for making that a really easy and free process!), but now I noticed another 3 that failed, and since I bought them 2.5 years ago, I won't be able to exchange these. Because I loved them so much, I bought about 8 extra at the time, so I was still able to put new ones in. But once I run out of spares, I may look for another make/model that is hopefully more durable. I'd rate these 3 stars: 5 stars for design and look, etc, but 1 star for poor durability. Erik
