The 87001 kit holds five flaring bits covering 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch tube. Each bit is colour-coded and inscribed with its size so the correct one is easy to pick out of the case.
Each bit carries a standard 1/4 inch hex shank that fits directly into most drills and impact drivers. No adapter is required. The bit spins in the tube to form the flare, so a hand yoke is not part of the process.
