I've been dealing online with sparkydirect for a few years now. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved immediately without exception and couldn't say it more clearly I highly reccomend Sparkydirect, they are very easy to deal with, ethical traders and dependable, well informed operators. Noel Buckley . 4+1/2 stars, my only issue is with couriers, a change in ownership has seen delivery times becoming "variable" but Covid etc. considered not a major issue.

I ordered a few items online with them for the first time and am fully satisfied with the experience. Item selection, order processing, e-mail or telephone call responses, packing, delivery - everything was fine. The only problem is, which is the case with any online purchase, that any returns attract postage cost, unless you have the time to drive down to their warehouse.
