I ordered a few items online with them for the first time and am fully satisfied with the experience. Item selection, order processing, e-mail or telephone call responses, packing, delivery - everything was fine. The only problem is, which is the case with any online purchase, that any returns attract postage cost, unless you have the time to drive down to their warehouse.

Ordered goods on Sunday, received goods on Friday, not happy as we could not full our customers requirements. Response: Sorry our Courier let us down, as discussed in the email I sent you, maybe try Australia Post next time. There have been so many Covid restrictions lately - this may have been the cause of the delay. Regards Sparky direct

The goods are great and are well priced. If you used Express Post Bags so that delivery was overnight I would use you more and so would lots more around the country.
