I have placed a number of orders ranging from a roll of cable to a full house qty of switches/sockets etc. Without fail they have been picked accurately, and been available on time or early. I have also had occasion to collect same day orders, a quick call to let the guys know you’re in a hurry and they bend over backwards to accommodate you. Prices are excellent, to the point where you don’t need to compare elsewhere. The staff have also been very helpful when trying to find the correct item. A great business to deal with.

As we are in a semi-rural area, being able to buy quality products online, at a fair price and that get here quickly is a huge benefit. The range of items available is excellent, communications and assistance from the staff is courteous and helpful, the web site is clean, clear and easy to navigate and find things, with all the info and data needed, and the ordering process is very simple. Good source for quality Clipsal products on 4 February 2020
Since my home is fitted with Clipsal power points and switches throughout and Clipsal Airflow exhaust fans in the bathrooms and toilets, Sparky Direct is a most convenient source for replacement Clipsal items. Since I live is Brisbane, my orders were received from Morayfield practically the next business day.

I like to buy quality then look after things. My take on sustainability. When products need replacing after long service (like 40 years!) it great to be able to still track down those brands and replace like for like (although the products are developed further overtime the general installation requirements don't change so they are easy to replace). This instance it was Airflow 250 bathroom exhaust fans. I found the product on an internet search. Sparky Direct had exactly what I wanted so I bought two online as I have a number of properties with Airflow 250 exhaust fans. Easy to purchase online and delivered within 2 days! Well packed and shipped. Great experience and so good that I can still get the products I like that have stood the test of time and were known good products at original time of installation.
