Purchased a Clipsal exhaust fan from Sparky Direct. I did my research and their pricing was very fair and in some comparison, significantly cheaper than others for the same unit. The item arrived very quickly. I've since purchased another of the same unit to upgrade another exhaust fan at home.

I ordered a safety switch 12/12/2019, 20/12 still no switch, I contacted couriers FASTWAY was told item was collected 13/12 from Brisbane 50klms away, so I emailed fastway only to be told they would get back to me within 48 hrs, being a Friday you just know this won't happen. In anger and frustation I rang Sparky direct, expecting the usual response. It has been picked up and I am sure it will arrive soon. Was I in for a shock, I was lucky enough to get Dan from the warehouse on the phone, Dan promised to get on to FASTWAY and would get back to me. Having dealt with Fastway unsuccessfully before, I said good luck with that. BUT, almost instantly I received a copy of the email Dan sent to FASTWAY, and at 2.15pm my switch was delivered by private car. How good is this guy. Here's to Dan one of the few that goes above and beyond to help out the customer. Thank you Sparky for restoring my faith in customer service, through a great bloke like Dan.
