        The Clipsal Saturn 60PBL is a push-button mechanism with integral blue LED indicator for the Saturn 4000 series light switch range. It wires as a one-way or two-way switch, rated to 20A inrush current at 250V AC. This is the mechanism component only; you'll pair it with a compatible Saturn plate and cover skin to complete the installation.

        The blue LED adds visual feedback at night or in dark spaces. When wired for indicator-on operation, the LED glows continuously when the switch is on. When wired for indicator-off operation, the LED glows when the switch is off. The push-button action is tactile and responsive. For electricians working with the Saturn range, this mechanism offers a drop-in replacement for existing push-button circuits.

        Saturn mechanisms are designed for vertical mounting by screws, making them quick to install in standard wall boxes. The plastic construction with glossy finish matches the Saturn aesthetic.         The 60PBL is the mechanism (the electrical component that does the switching) only. A complete switch also includes a plate and a cover skin. If you already have a Saturn plate and skin, you can buy the mechanism alone to replace a worn switch.

        Yes. The LED will glow whenever power flows through its wire. If you connect the LED to the live side, it glows when the switch is on. If you connect it to the load side, it glows when the switch is off. Check the data sheet for the exact wiring diagram for your configuration.

        The mechanism can be wired for either one-way (single-control) or two-way (two-location) operation. The mechanism itself is the same; wiring configuration determines its function. Two-way requires a compatible two-way switch at the second location.
