The Volt MAT-0-R10 is a Class 0 insulating mat rated to 1000V AC and 1500V DC, designed for operator protection in high-voltage electrical environments. Measuring 1 metre wide by 10 metres long, it provides a compliant safety zone for switchboards, substations, and electrical service areas where isolation from ground potential is critical.

Made from flexible 2.2mm EPDM rubber, the mat resists cracking, ozone, and extreme cold, with an anti-slip finish on both sides to maintain secure footing. Weighing 3.5kg per metre, it’s durable yet easy to handle. The MAT-0-R10 is tested to AS/NZS IEC 61111 and IEC 61111, and meets Classification C for low-temperature resistance.
