The Freddox L550ADJBARSTK-2 is an adjustable wall bracket for mounting split system air conditioner outdoor units, rated to a 150kg load. The L550ADJBARSTK-2 is made from SUS304 stainless steel and measures 450mm high by 550mm deep by 430mm across the base, on an 850mm back bar. It is supplied as a complete install pack with unit fixing bolts, washers, rubber mounts and wall anchors.
Outdoor units sit on different foot spacings, so the arms on this bracket are not fixed. They mount onto an 850mm back bar and slide across it to line up with the feet on the unit going in. The bracket carries up to 150kg. It is SUS304 stainless steel, which suits coastal and exposed positions where painted steel rusts.
It goes on back bar first: bolt the bar to the wall, unfold the arms, slide them out to suit the unit, then bolt the unit down. The hex screws are pre-fitted to the brackets. The rear adjustment screws correct for a wall that is out of plumb, so the unit sits level. Freddox recommends a liquid level on the back bar, and one extra anchor under the arm carrying the heavy side of the unit.
