- Items must be unused, with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.
- We can’t accept returns if the product is damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If your item isn’t in its original condition, please contact us before returning it—we might save you time and money.
All products come with a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty
- Warranty starts from the Invoice Date
- Some suppliers offer in-home warranties and handle claims directly, so you won’t need to uninstall or return the product. Chat with us to check if your product qualifies.
- Sparky Direct isn’t responsible for losses caused by product failure.
- Warranties are void if products aren’t installed by a licensed electrician.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, let us know within 24 hours.
- Sparky Direct will pay for return shipping via an emailed return label.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will send you a replacement item or provide a refund.

Exclusions
We can’t accept returns for:
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
- Clearance, End of life, Discontinued, or special order items (unless faulty)
- All PPE Items
- Goods returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number.
- Confirm it’s eligible under our return or warranty policy.
- Pack the item securely and return it using a trackable service.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Warranty starts from Invoice Date
- Domestic & Commercial Use:
- 5 Years (Standard)
- 10 Years (If registered on SEMS Portal & installed after Jan 2021 with manufacture date post–July 2020)
- Spare-parts only warranty applies in Years 6–10 if not registered
- Warranty Method:
- Claims are handled directly by GoodWe via installer, distributor, or their Zendesk support portal
- Inverter does not need to be returned to Sparky Direct
- Labour & transport not covered under spare-parts warranty
Note: XS Plus+ is classified by GoodWe as an on-grid inverter series and is eligible for the 10-year warranty promotion when SEMS registration and installation conditions are met.
