The Asuka W80D2 is an 80mm air conditioning duct cover supplied in a 2 metre length, moulded in white/beige plastic for surface mounting. The W80D2 conceals and protects refrigerant pipework, condensate drain line and interconnecting cable on split-system and light commercial installations. It is a passive finishing component, so it carries no airflow, electrical or fire rating.
A split-system pipe run left in bare lagging looks unfinished, degrades under UV exposure and gives insects a pathway along the external wall. The W80D2 encloses that run in a 2 metre length of 80mm capping, covering most head-to-penetration wall drops in one piece. The 80mm profile accommodates the refrigerant pipework, condensate drain and interconnecting cable together. Confirm the diameter before ordering, because 65mm, 80mm and 100mm ducting is not interchangeable.
