        The Alpha CSPZ065315S is an SDS Plus masonry drill bit with a 4 cutter Reo Head, rated 6.5mm drilling diameter and 315mm overall length. The CSPZ065315S is made in Germany and PGM certified, so hole tolerances suit anchor and structural fixing work. The solid carbide head is built for reinforced concrete, including holes that run into rebar.

        Standard 2 cutter SDS bits stall or deflect the moment the carbide touches rebar. Concrete slabs and columns on commercial sites carry reinforcement at depths nobody on the tools can see. The 4 x 90 degree cutter geometry spreads impact across four carbide edges at once, so the bit does not seize on a rebar strike. The 315mm overall length gives penetration for deeper anchor installations and pass-through work in structural concrete.

        A single bit that drills concrete and the rebar inside it removes a tool changeover and a second consumable from the ute.
