          • 5 Years (Standard)
          • 10 Years (If registered on SEMS Portal & installed after Jan 2021 with manufacture date post–July 2020)
          • Spare-parts only warranty applies in Years 6–10 if not registered
        • Warranty Method:
          • Claims are handled directly by GoodWe via installer, distributor, or their Zendesk support portal
          • Inverter does not need to be returned to Sparky Direct
          • Labour & transport not covered under spare-parts warranty

        Note: XS Plus+ is classified by GoodWe as an on-grid inverter series and is eligible for the 10-year warranty promotion when SEMS registration and installation conditions are met.
